The growing season, beginning in early February and ending from late September to early October, is marked by warm, bright sunny days and cool evenings. Fed by natural springs and some of the cleanest
air in the nation, the microclimate of Hawk and Horse Vineyards possesses natural growing conditions perfectly suited to producing Cabernet Sauvignon of distinction. Biodynamic and Organic farming practices enable us to
work in harmony with topography, soil and climate to bring out the truest expression of this very special terroir. Our aim is to produce wine with a sense of place – wine which is unique in style and cannot be precisely duplicated anywhere else.
