The flavors on the palate are high-energy, bright, raspberry, Mulberry, Sage, orange, and vanilla cream, with supple acidity creating a mouth-watering finish.

It is unusual to find roses produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and this one happens to be sparkling, made from high-elevation fruit. The aromas on the nose are fresh and vivacious, with notes of dark plum, cherry, citrus, white flowers, and acai honey. The mousse is creamy with a slight nuttiness. The palate is Bing cherry, orange blossoms, white peach, spice, and good acidity throughout the mouth-watering finish.
