HARVEST 2014

Harvest was on September 15, 16 and 17.  We could not be more pleased with the 2014 vintage!  We brought in just under 3 tons per acre of really beautiful fruit – the balance of sugar and acidity were spot on and we’re very excited to see this baby evolve through fermentation and barrel aging into one of our prettiest vintages!  We harvested in the early morning hours – beginning at around midnight each day – to ensure the fruit was cool as it was brought to the crushpad.  We were very tired by week’s end, but so very satisfied!
